About Spring Tides

What is Spring Tides?

We created Spring Tides to be a trusted destination for women to discover thoughtfully curated surfwear and coastal lifestyle brands, all in one place. We wanted to make it easier to find high-quality pieces that perform in and out of the water while introducing women to independent brands they may not have discovered otherwise.

Why buy from Spring Tides?

We've done the searching for you. Every brand is carefully selected for its quality, craftsmanship, and connection to the ocean, so you can shop with confidence knowing each piece has earned its place in our collection.

Spring Tides is proudly by women, for women. We're also a proud member of 1% for the Planet, committing 1% of our annual sales to environmental nonprofits working to protect our oceans and the places we love.

How do you source your brands?

We work directly with every brand we carry. We look for brands that create beautiful, high-quality products built to last and that share our values around the ocean, thoughtful design, and responsible business practices. Many of the brands we carry are women-founded or independently owned.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Every brand fits a little differently, so we recommend checking the Size Guide and Founder Fit Notes on each product page before placing your order.

I'm between sizes. What should I choose?

Your best reference is the Founder Fit Notes on each product page. We'll let you know whether the style fits true to size or if we recommend sizing up or down based on how that particular product fits.

I have a long torso or a D+ cup. What do you recommend?

As a general guideline, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit for wetsuits and swimsuits. Since every brand fits differently, be sure to check the Founder Fit Notes for product-specific recommendations.

I'm still unsure about sizing.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return?

Visit our Shipping & Returns page for step-by-step instructions. If you have any questions along the way, we're always happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Outside of the United States, we currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Costa Rica, and much of Western Europe. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Applicable duties and taxes are calculated automatically based on your destination. International shipments may be subject to customs processing, inspections, delays, or additional fees imposed by local authorities or carriers. Spring Tides is not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed after shipment.

What is your return policy?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email hello@springtidesapparel.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll help you from there.

Products

Will sold out items be restocked?

We do our best to restock popular styles whenever possible. Because many of our brands produce in small batches or limited collections, some items may not return once they're sold out.

How should I care for my wetsuit?

Every wetsuit includes a care guide with instructions to help you keep it in great condition. Following these recommendations will help extend the life of your wetsuit and ensure it performs at its best for years to come.

What does sustainability mean to Spring Tides?

We believe that buying fewer, better-made pieces is one of the most sustainable choices we can make. That's why we focus on partnering with brands that prioritize quality, longevity, and responsible production whenever possible.

Beyond the products themselves, we're continually looking for ways to improve, from sourcing more sustainable packaging to working with like-minded partners who care about protecting our oceans.
